“Now I want to say: ‘After being – doing and being done to. But first, being.”

This section of the website comprises a body of poetry and essays on living a life, inside and outside my being a therapist.

To be explicit, I strictly refrain from writing about my work and the lives of those whom I work with, to engage in this disclosure would be a blatant violation of privacy, a breach in ethics of this profession, even when identifying details are absent.

I write little about myself, to respect the intimate work of psychotherapy and the discoveries that are built within relationships. However, as inevitable, my thinking, feeling and curiosities will be woven into my writing.

This section is currently in the making, to be published and continually updated from Aug ‘26. If you would like to receive this work in your inbox, please write to therapy@nethranotes.com.
